Shipping & Returns
Please choose your shipping method carefully. All items IN-STOCK will ship within 2-3 business days and arrive to domestic addresses in 4-8 business days, depending on method chosen. EXPRESS (Express mail, UPS 2-day, and UPS overnight) orders will ship on the next business day if ordered by 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
SPECIAL ORDERS You can tell if an items is IN-STOCK if there is NOT a special order tag following the product title in your shopping cart. Items marked SPECIAL ORDER will take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship, and depend on the vendor. If you have questions or require a time estimate for your special order, please indicate so along with a need by date in the customer comments section.
We only use USPS and UPS, if you require a special carrier, please contact us.
RETURNS must be made within 30 days of shipment. Please return to the return address on your package and not to our PO Box. We do not accept returns of cut ribbon. Return of items is limited to $100 value. We apologize for the inconvenience, but most of our items are not easy for us to restock. Please order in small quantities before final decisions on larger orders. We expect that our customers shop early, in case he or she needs to make an exchange and purchase samples if he or she is unsure of what they need. All items must be in new condition and their original packaging. Holiday items must be returned 30 days before the holiday. There is a 10% restocking fee for all special order returns. We do not accept returns of custom printed labels or ribbon.
